Renter does hereby
rent from Palestina Rentals and Car Sales the vehicle described
above, and does hereby agree to return the same in good condition
at the time above specified
Renter/Driver shall
be liable for all traffic and parking violations, and for all
damages, injuries or death resulting from his operation of the
vehicle or his negligence, and shall hold harmless and indemnify
Palestina Rentals and Car Sales, of and from any claim, suit or
expense arising therefrom. Renter/Driver shall be liable for damage
to or theft of the vehicle.
It is expressly understood
and agreed that Renter/Driver is not the Agent, Employee or Servant
of Palestina Rentals and Car Sales, in any matter whatsoever
Renter/Driver shall
not permit any other person toe operate the vehicle, other than
the one who has signed this agreement as Driver.
If the vehicle is
not returned at the specified time and place, it will be deemed
converted and treated the same as theft of the vehicle.
The Renter/Driver certifies he will not leave the premises until
he considers himself capable of operating the vehicle safely,
and that he will operate at his own risk.
The Renter/Driver
agrees to personally check the vehicle he is about to use, and
refuse any vehicle with damage or functional defects.
The money you pay
gives you privilege to use of our property, not the right to abuse
or disregard it
Rented driver shall
not permit any other person to operate the vehicle other than
the one who has signed this agreement as Driver.
The vehicle will not be used in the transportation of building/construction
materials.
- NO GAS POLICY -
Other auto rental companies
have a GAS POLICY which entails checking the gas level
at the beginning of your contract and requiring you to return
the vehicle with at least that amount of gas, with the added penalty
of charging horrendous per gallon rates for gasoline

WHILE YOU ARE ON YOUR VACATION? WE DON'T THINK SO!!
At Palestina Rentals we have NO GAS POLICY. We normally
start you out with a decent amount of gasoline and it is guaranteed
to be at least enough to take you to the nearest gas station.
We do not even look at the gauge when you return.
