La Traversée is located in the northern part of Grande-Terre,
one of Guadeloupe’s two islands. In the middle of the countryside, you will be surrounded by sugar cane plantations and you might be able to get a ride on the now scarce carts pulled by bulls. Once there you will be able to taste creole specialities from the restaurant while sipping the “Ti punch”, local rum cocktail, on the house and getting down on caribbean music. |
